Career Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Sales Coordinator working in our XXXXX office. Reporting to the Manager,Tecnical Operations the successful candidate will be accountable for coordinating processes associated with implementingl customer products and services. This candidate will also be responsible for supporting and selling our products and services.

Accountabilities:
•Identify current process and create improvements to ensure business sales are implemented effectively and efficiently within our service area
•Develop and maintain relationships with external business customers
•Develop and maintain relationships with internal business service providers (i.e. provisioning, technical support, installations)
•Promote the features, advantages, and benefits of Shaw’s products and services to potential commercial customers
•Promote and represent Shaw in a positive manner
•Assist with daily sales reporting as well as provide detailed monthly analysis of sales efforts
•Assist our technicians with supporting them on a successful installation of services to customers
•Assist our third party sales reps with support and ongoing coaching’s to improve processes and developments
•Various other duties as needed and required.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
•Degree/diploma in marketing complemented by relevant and proven sales experience
•An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will also be considered
•Strong understanding of the Internet, PC hardware/software and cable industry is considered an asset
•Positive attitude, self-motivator, goal oriented with the ability to foster strong relationships
•Strong sales, organization, analytic and time-management skills
•Team player with excellent communication skills both written and oral
•A positive, “can-do” attitude and customer service approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
•Strong understanding of business processes and language considered an asset.
